My proven Track Record
I’ve walked the path - Transformational leadership: With over two decades of experience as a CEO, Head of IT, corporate lawyer, business consultant, entrepreneur and transformational coach, I bring both depth and diversity to the table. I have led large-scale organizational transformations, facilitated strategy sessions for executive teams, and inspired changes across organizations with up to 9,000 employees.
Whether coaching leaders one-on-one or leading immersive team-building events for 150 participants, my approach is both practical and profoundly impactful. My work has always centered on supporting people and companies to grow beyond their perceived limits—and succeed
beyond their expectations.
My Unique Blend of Expertise
Academic Foundation: Law Degree from Aarhus University (1982), followed by comprehensive leadership development programs.
Brave Thinking Mastery: Since 2020 I have worked extensively with powerful tools for conscious living—integrating the core teachings from Dream Building, Brave Thinking Master, and Master Platinum into my personal growth. These transformational programs are offered by the Brave Thinking Institute, based in California.
Energy psychology: Certified EFT/TFT Tapping Therapist (2017–2019). This powerful technique allows me to help clients shift limiting beliefs, transform emotional blocks, and realign their energy with the life they want to create.
WHAT DRIVES ME
The first two-thirds of my life equipped me with invaluable insight, but they do not define me— they enrich the powerful third act I now live. Today, I embody a life I truly love, and it’s this lived experience that I bring to my clients.
With a unique blend of sharp intuition and results-driven analytical thinking, I empower others to create transformative outcomes — results that are both meaningful and measurable. I combine strategy and soul in everything I do.
